Why is normalizing compassion for those that are truly evil and a blight on society ok? All over these forums people say “If you support Trump you must be ok with predators”… what’s good for the goose is good for the gander here… if you have compassion for a sicko you too must fit the mold.

We aren’t going to sit here and cherry pick the bs. It’s either like that or not. If you are evil you deserve to suffer. Period.

Do you have data for that? Last time I checked statistas datasets were not granular enough for that analysis, at least the freely available.

Edit: note that not only age and gender are deciding factors here, you also need some measure for the "loser" qualification. Probably lack of higher education as the best possibly available proxy? Or monthly net income I guess.

You realize that "I don't want a pedophile rapist to be the most powerful man in the world" and "I do not want unneccessary suffering for people, even if they have done something evil in their lifes" are two believes that are very easy to be held at the same time? Trump should be removed from office and prosecuted, not tortured to death.

It is of course not shown verbatim in the crime stats, but very easily implied when you look the absolute numbers of various crimes by nationality and contrast them with the rough estimate of the number of young men in the corresponding subgroups. Not sure if links to statistical tables in German, or blog posts doing this math, will be of much help to you. But I'll try to find a non-paywalled media article touching on this topic later today.

I guess that until now, Utah Valley University didn't feel the need for the same kind of security as colleges in, say, LA or Chicago...

I realize you can HAVE those beliefs. I’m saying they are absolutely counter productive to hold them together morally. The crime and victimization happening in this world are because we are too afraid to inflict suffering on criminals.
