so i know about the phoenix ~ 300 dex maxblock setup that just oneshots pretty much anything

but i'm more looking for something hybrid rather than pure bladesin

im currently leaning towards the setup above, but have a chaos setup in stash and play hybrid ghost/bladesin (it actually hits insanely hard if you get 300 dex and will also have good attack rating with it)

but i'm not 100% sure yet, also im not sure what to think of using just 3100 life on sin cos of all that dex (even tho weapon block still makes her as tanky as a 7k life bvc)

was also thinking of maybe a hybrid kick/blade setup with 100% ds 95% cb with fleshripper, phoenix and guilliams, but 42 fcr is somewhat low

any other ideas?

Would do hybrid using chaos + plague with blade fury

Still does reasonable enough damage across blades, LS and WW while giving you substantionally more effective life vs most opponents

Fun, but sadly much weaker than going pure bladesin or the traditional hybrid with LS…

At first glance it seems blades + ww hybrid could pair well.
Or blades + LS for mixed dmg types.
But they just go in different directions tbh…
And going 3way hybrid would require some 180 skill pts

To get good blade skill dmg you would want :
Lots of +trap skills (but sentinels and LS share the same limit of 5)
High +ar (36/20 instead of 3/20/20)
Single claw + phoenix (instead of dual claws)
High DS%, while your claw dmg is still irrelevant

There’s none of what you want for blade skills that really fit with WW or LS in the end. The best version of it would lean so heavily toward a standard hybrid sin that you’d probably stop using blade skills after a moment, or the other way around.
But if you just want to have fun snd you don’t mind having a very low win ratio, then keep us updated haha

and what about having the maxblock phoenix setup for some chars and a plague chaos setup for others?

i maxrolled a bit and it seems like a glass cannon with like ~ 350 dex 3k life wouldnt even be that bad, it has super high attack rating, and the dex will give massive dmg to both blade and whirlwind

i did check with eth feral claws plague and eth chaos suwayyah though, that i'd probably just replace once its broken, runes and bases are cheap anyway

Well you could have a pure blade setup and then a pure ghost setup (with some low dmg sentinels). Sure. That’s definitely better than trying to make it all work together at the same time.

But this would require full gear/inventory swap, except for ;
Enigma, torch, anni, cta, gores, HL
You’d need A LOT of swaps if you want both setups to be good.
So at this point, I’d personally just lvlup 2 sins… faster than switching gear nonstop, and no skill/stat points lost that makes both setups weaker.

The only blade hybrid that I can think of is with kicks.
The whole optimal setup from bladesin works well with it, appart from trap skillers. And the kb from dtalon can even help to push your opponent into sentinels.
You can even use fort in some matchups, where you just stand your ground with 5 sentinels around, ready to welcome in anyone with some really decent kicks powered by fort+phoenix and very high ar.
And even without tele, the fcr from fort is still useful to spam MB.
Enigma will obviously be the best option in most matchups. But fort can really pack a punch against any matchup that have no other choice but to come at you.
