I’ve been rich before but I was not capable of being responsible with it so I fell all the way down to hell. I never been so unhappy, but I did learn a lesson from it and now, I could have $0 and be the most happiest I’ve ever been in my whole life because I now understand what it means to be spiritually wealthy. And if and when I do become materialistically wealthy again, I’ll have a better grasp on it because instead of being selfish and out of control, I’ll be others centered and balanced.

Ive figured I can retire at 45 as long as I have 4 million in the bank, as long as I get decent returns.
3% return is 120K/year, but also with my rental income id be comfy around 200Kish/year with very little expenses (Mortgages paid etc)

So yeah, 4 mil is my target. Got 8 more years to get there. Should be fine.
