I'm not spamming! I'm just responding to the people who have left comments for me! And it is my business when I see the members of a community that I'm involved in getting harassed and flamed! Flaming is against the rules young man!

A big thank you to the Moderators for helping me and coaching me in a way that I can help make General Chat better than it's ever been before! Dude, it's on you to get a job that you're reasonably able to travel to. No one is forcing you to take a job 3 hours away wtf lol.

In America, travel time is generally included in your daily working hours if you're driving a company vehicle.

My fiance drives a work van during work. Her day starts when she gets to her work van from our home, instead of when she gets to the job site. So when she gets off work at 3:30pm, that means she's leaving the site around 2:30-3pm to drop the van off at 3:30. If it takes longer because of traffic or something, then she gets overtime.

Before we started dating, she would take the work van home with her. That meant anytime she left her house for work, that's when work started. All travel time paid for.

You just made some shit decisions apparently.
