In fact, there are three in east, as well as four Stone Hews (if memory serves), plus about half a dozen of each of Bone Band, Eagle Coil and Ghoul Grip, and it takes about 30 seconds in discord to find out who has them and whether they are willing to sell or not.
But +1s are +1s, such as this one, of all things.
