are you hard wired and what is the limit mbps on your pc port? some max at 100 some max at 1k or higher. the cable also matters.

Thank you, I see that my current port is 100mbps, didn't know they functioned that way. Quite a few of my ports don't work, my computer is a decade old. I'll keep testing it out.

yeah i remember you saying your pc was older in another thread i figured this may be the issue. you could prolly buy a wifi dongle for like 5 bucks and get much better speeds. try running a speed test on your phone next the the modem. it prolly wont reach the max promised speed over wifi but it should be close.

Getting about half the speed via phone wifi. Well, i guess its all down to whether its uptime is the same as my other provider.
