I was scammed for about 3B worth of items..
Jagex would never fix this or refund the items correct?

Luring is against the rules, but you won't get refunded

The only time I'm aware of, where they refunded ppl, was when they had an internal employee (Mod Jed) hacking stacked accounts, to sell gold.

Luring is only against the rules when it's stacked with other rule violations, such as a glitch/bug abuse.

Simply talking someone into the wilderness and killing them, or spearing people into Obelisks and teleporting them does not break rules - you are using the same mechanics available to anyone else.

I play antisocial like, got no risk there.
Public chat is permanently disabled, no friends ingame and no guild.

Might change the guild part some day but most of the time I like me some peaceful grinding.
