leech doesnt work in pvp, base is low dmg, 115 ed is max for lvl 18, doesnt have 2 os, doesnt have eth/rep.
for lvl 18 it's damn near impossible to beat a 5 os scepter or 6 os war axe with 5-6x 20ed/15max jewels. amp does double dmg, but if the wep already does double the dmg of a rare its moot.
