Is there any specific lvl to aim for to mute items? Can you get for example 200+ ee on mute on low lvl or most be lvl 55 or so? If lvl doesnt matter i guess the best i the lvl you need to be to use your ml gear

Guild mate is 8th on muting ladder.

He would always get to lvl 71 to mute items on feeder.

as you said, the level needed for your ML gear and potentially your EES gear.
as a lot of muters will load up their char with 30+ items then churn through the lot then get the next batch of 30 items out.
For rerolling any level is fine as long as you can use the ML gear.

nah, restriction is on the item itself, as you know can only reach a max of the max overspawn value if using ml. but this can be done at any level on a level 55 item.
