NYP points out at least 4 major news cycles of photos of supposedly starving palestinians turned out to be fake/gay/misleading. Those with other unrelated conditions and plenty of access to food, one starving himself and refusing food, one with leukemia, one with cerebral palsy, etc. The media outlets are so desperate to create a narrative of starvation in Gaza (while ignoring the real one in Darfur) that they've invented the supply to meet the demand.

If and when actual famine breaks out in Gaza, everyone who cried wolf will bear some responsibility for deafening the world with false claims

I just saw news that the Israel Government is speaking with South Sudan to take in the Palestinians.

Maybe they really want yo starve them. But in a different country.

I mean there's a relativity to it. South Sudan isn't in an overt civil war with massive famine like Sudan is right now, its been ""mostly"" peaceful since 2020 but it looked like was going to pop off and return to civil war back this spring. That said, South Sudan even without being a war zone like the RSF besieging el fasher- is still experiencing much larger food insecurity, malnutrition and famine than Gaza is. Even the country that isn't at war is in worse shape

But I think Israel wants to send the Gazans there. Anyways.

Trump is not relevant, he has no will to be involved and is happy to look the other way for now while he buddy Bibbi continues with his plan.

Between March and mid-May, at least 58 people died of starvation during the full blockade; by July, the death toll had reached ~100, rising to ~266 by mid-August—with over half of victims being children. Official confirmed figures are at 5–10 starvation deaths per day as of late August 2025. Actual daily deaths from food deprivation are likely far higher—possibly dozens per day—but are severely under-tracked and we won't know until well after current events. Famine conditions are ongoing, and without unimpeded humanitarian access, death rates will continue climbing dramatically.

Children under five are at extreme risk. Earlier in 2025, 16% of children in northern Gaza were acutely malnourished, with 3% severely wasted. severely wasted means they are pictures of horror.
