I cut up my old mattress with a butcher knife and bagged up the pieces and disposed of them little bits at a time!

Dump it near a homeless camp it should be picked up by one of them pretty fast.

Interesting enough, the Springfield Ohio (Clark county) solid waste disposal is a quarter mile from a large homeless camp that was recently removed.

many states add a tax on the purchase of a new one for the recycling of the old one. take them to a recycling center if thats the case in your state you already paid.

Some of us like quality mattresses. I dumped a Serta today. Some homeless fella could be living large tonight.
