Something that helped me tremendously when quitting drinking is the understanding that I can no longer just have a few beers! If i even drink one beer, it will become an every night thing! Keep that in mind and good luck on your journey to sobriety! :)

A friend and I were banned from waiting for a friend in the lobby of a hospital. I had my Miss Monique hoodie on and my friend was listening to a live Miss Monique event through their earbuds. I think someone complained. Some people can be "Karens". Sheesh!
