Microdosing Lithium Orotate:

Does anyone take vitamins that have an amount of close to 500 mcg of Lithium Orotate?

One of my vitamins has this in it, but I was wondering if anyone else takes supplements that has this in it?

D vitamins are "unabsorbable" vitamins sourced from fungus that leaches it out of living things, aka its a fungal vitamin D that decreases vitamin D.
