If by vs all you really mean not swapping gear then I like these 2 options. If you suck at stomping then phnx charge probably better. If you can stomp then spirit probably better. These are zerk builds because pubs are full of pally and barb. Ymmv. I also v/t but if you don’t care about foh then you can play around with points in charge, holy shield, extra max light res or whatever.

Since I'm not great at chainlocking I run the 50fcr setup as default. vs. barbs and for smite vs. smite I switch to max dam gear (phoenix with knights mod, coa ber ber and use blood gloves and a stats ring) on that setup I get maxblock
for skills I went
max smite
max holy shield
max fana
then same hard points in foh and holy shock alternating
conv is on foh cta not hard statted, but I don't use it all the time
