I feel like we should have an official panic attack thread so I can let you all know when I'm having a panic attack and you all can tell me to take deep breaths and practice mindfulness and do grounding techniques!
Right now my body is saying, "wraps, it's time to take some clonazapam!" But the inner wraps is saying, "No! I don't want to!"
Therefore, i will use this thread to let you all know when I'm feeling a panic attack coming on or if I'm in the midst of one!
Also, if you're experiencing a panic attack, feel free to let us know in here and remember to take deep breaths and practice mindfulness and do grounding techniques!
