Im already not getting my promised speed. Its 5 times faster than my current isp. But brightspeed has a shit rep of lying. Im guessing im going to cancel if it doesnt pick up soon.

They likely already got paid by the government for "connecting" my rural area by some grant fund. Whether i keep the service probably doesnt matter
