CE is awful. Got a lot of scaling to it thanks to int but its base damage is really shit. Not worth having a build for CE. You’re better off just stick to 1 core skill either Bl or Cl and juice the damage up with chaos power and new unique ring. Have that ring on pants for example is quite insane.

Ive been playing mana shield hydra with frozen orb vs ball lightning, chaos fractured winterglass for primordial, and I havent died yet / have managed a few runs over 2k aether. some tweaks can definitely be made, but so far it seems pretty decent. definitely great for IH.

Not sure what’s the idea of FO together with hydra. The hydra free summon from winterglass does not trigger serpertine. Sure it’ll be fun to run that in hordes but definitely not a comfortable pit 90 speedfarmer or pit pushing.

Yeah. Fo is more like a meme build now. Not enough multipliers, shatter key passive is still not working properly. Hydra is stronger than s9. Lightning should be very close second if they fix the new advanced technique chaos power. That thing is also bugged.
