If you have 25 from a single crafted ring you can reach 95 for scarab.

So then you do not need any.
If your super intersted in pelt/coa with arach build, or hoto + arach build, well then you can have 40 str via 2 x rings.

Hoto + bug belt is not 163fcr :S

40hoto + 20trangs + 20 rings + 19-20 ammu + 20 diadem + 35 spirit = 154-155fcr

So if hoto + ARACH, your rings needs 40str (if no strenght in ammu or diadem)
IF pelt + arach you need 40str
Diadem + Bugbelt = 25str needed via rings.

I would say a bugbelt + diadem from 2 and amulet from 1 is ideal setup. NN swap.
You then run enigma of dragon when light enemies such as traps, and regular enigma when no LR needed.
That will give 85fr/85lr/28% DR or 85fr/80lr/36% DR depending on which type of enigma.

Diadem + suicide = 2 less skills, but very low surival stats.
