its not clogged. i took the faucet part off so it was just the extend hose and still low pressure.

google said there is a thing in the base that can go bad. like how the lever does both hot and cold the part that regulates or combines the two into one. sounds like it would be easier to replace whole thing but it was $250 faucet. i expected it to last more than a year.


Oh you mean the cartridge/mixer valve. Again, depending on the type of faucet you have, those can be super easy to replace. I've only had to replace those when faucets start to leak or the handle drifts and won't stay in the off position. I've never seen one of those cause low water pressure, though I won't say it isn't possible.

Are you able to show a pic of the faucet you have? Or do you know the brand and model?

ya that thing. google said it might be that.

dont remember the brand. maybe tomorrow i can get pic. dont plan on going downstairs tonight. ima lazy guy today.

If the cartridge is in the handle that pulls to the side, super easy to replace. Shouldn't cost to much either. Ours cost like $30. But after a year it shouldn't be bad.

If it a meon cartridge they have a lifetime warranty at home depot, take it out and get a new one for free at the customer service desk
