Dignity
Dignity does not consist in possessing honors, but in the consciousness that we deserve them.
Inside these great and magnificent walls of material beauty, lies a community of people like you and I. They are humble; they are caring; they are nurturing; they are kind.
They strive to succeed through the benefit of others and aim mostly at doing what is best for the group. With each person sharing this mindset, no one person is left behind, and everyone within these prosperous walls succeeds in life.
The overlying belief in the city is that everyone has this potential innately at birth. All it takes is an out-stretched hand, time, and patience to help someone discover their true potential and become one within this wonderful society.
Purpose
The point of Dignity is to offer a place that fosters growth. We are a big proponent of the idea that who you are online is a good indicator of you are in your daily life offline.
We implore you to practice being the best person you can be, everyday, no matter where you are. Be a man or woman comprised of unbending principle and great dignity.
Requirements
There are no strict requirements to join Dignity. However, there are things that will increase your likelihood of being accepted. Having good traits such as honesty, a friendly attitude, and strong integrity go a long way.
Volunteering your time to make the site a better place is also a great positive; there is little better than an individual who re-invests in the community to make it better. Essentially, you will be evaluated on your character upon requesting to join.
The use of discord to allow members to get to know you and get a better sense of the type of person you are also greatly increases your chances of success in joining our ranks, consider joining and chatting with the family as soon as you consider joining.
No one is perfect; it would be silly to think that. However, what's really special are those whom strive to be as perfect as they can be each and every day, not just for themselves, but for the benefit of everyone around them.
When applying in our guild topic, please be sure to put your name in bold when you introduce yourself. This helps for us to know that you took the time to read the guild charter.
Rank Structure
The ranking structure in Dignity is pretty simple; it's based purely on merit. With the exception a small few, everyone's rank will be dependent upon their contribution to the community.
The community is not just your friends and your guild, but the community as a whole. There is no guidelines or anything specific that you must do, and no one action will weigh significantly more than another.
It's more about what you do and why you do it. One of the most sought after qualities here at Dignity is altruism and/or philanthropic desires; qualities which show you want to invest for the communities gain.
