Have any of you experienced an earthquake?

As I knock on wood, we've never experienced anything above like a one or two on the Richter scale. And, very rarely if that.
Look at Russia's recent quake images! They are frightening. I just read the vids comments. It's a video of both a town in Russia and one in Japan.

Nature has such power...

I've experienced some minor earthquakes in California but nothing serious! I know they can get pretty destructive and i hope we all stay safe! :)

It seems that you said something, but it also seems that you didn't say anything.

Only minor ones where people would be like "is this an earthquake?"

Are there ever any of those harsh gases that are released when mines collapse? Maybe, flammable gases?
Of many difficult jobs, I think being a miner is one of the ones that requires a will made of titanium. To go so deep into the Earth and where there are no guarantees of your safety.

They put everybody in the mines after WW2.
And you could breed 18children and afford it, and go on holliday 2 times per year

Only thing we have to be aware of is nados.
Haven't had a direct hit, closest has been 1.5 miles out of town.
Though a Ef4 wiped out a town 10 minutes away, a remembrance mural is the only thing left of the town.

Glad we don't have earthquakes or anything else.
