Appreciate your view. It’s not for everyone; but for some of us, especially those still active on mobile or looking to modernize a piece of what made this site great, it could add real value. Not trying to replace anything; just evolve with the times.

Totally fair; I get that General Chat has its own culture, and I appreciate you pointing that out. Just figured the idea might spark more diverse feedback here before moving it somewhere more official like Site Suggestions (which I plan to do next). 🙏

Sometimes a wider audience helps shape a better version of the pitch; even if it starts a little off topic.

Oh absolutely! It has been suggested in the past and got shot down but that was 10 years ago! They may feel differently about the suggested now! :)
