I've put together a new list of rules for General Chat!

1: Last is the new first!

2: Everybody has to be nice to each other!

3: Everybody has to use explanation points and smileys at the end of their sentences!

4: Everybody has to be happy at all times!

5: From now on exclamation points are called explanation points!

That's all I got right now but if I think of any new rules, I'll add them to other people's threads when this one gets closed down!
