Ahmad Mulahkil 23 and Mohammed Kabir 23 are both charged with multiple charges of vaginal and oral rape, aiding and abetting rape, strangulation and kidnap of the local girl on July 22th, which wasn't revealed until today by Daily Mail journalists being contacted by a whistleblower saying it was being covered up:
