My best guess would be because it’s still a trade you do rather than a service.

I agree here, a service is more-so rushing, leveling, waypoints, chaos/baal runs, etc.
I feel like this would be more considered a trade.

d2jsp staff might agree with you and some may not. It's not like you got a 15min warning for it or anything.

Personally, a gfx swap is a trade because you are trading an item for a different item. This mattered way more in the past when unperms existed. A service would be a Grush, level job, chaos or baal runs, or killing ubers or Dclone for others.
