home improvement content in gc is welcome

maybe there is enough content to justify a home improvement subforum

the odds are stacked, as all off topic subforums are dead

then theres pard which acts as a honeypot for a certain type of user, making it a nice plastic ball pit for the site

I can't think of a better forum add, this would correlate perfectly with the Home Depot gift card subforum.

It would be great but there are like 5-10 people who frequent these forums so might be deader than car sub after a month. Tommy would post unfinished projects that he found at a dump.
They need to delete 1/2 of the useless/non essential subs like Christian safespace for example to make room for DIY sub

Well there aren’t any discount immigrants.

Expense is relative, I’ve only ever lived in expensive places so it’s my normal. I hear it’s expensive though. Selection is great but I’m on Oahu the most populous island. We have four Home Depot’s on this tiny island, though I rarely go to them most of my material comes through another local vendor who tends to have better quality and better pricing.

They normally accept gift cards but if you mention jsp you will be given warn by the site staff

I can still remember when I was pretty broke after finishing school I flew over for a few weeks and put my tent up at Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Garden and walked in every night since the gate locks at like 8 and it pissing rain every night. Eventually some guy on a golf cart came one morning while I was floating inside my tent to ask if I was good.

Good times.

Yeah, as is the North Shore where I spent the bulk of my time after that. Nice and empty back then. Big surf, endless beach, decent snorkeling. Would go back unless it's been developed over the last decade.

It has been developed some more but nothing too crazy up there, most of the land is zoned AG1 and AG2 which is agricultural and really difficult to build/live on because of laws.

There’s usually one or two around Home Depot but they stick more to the tourist areas to sell overpriced oregano and mooch the tourists.

Bathroom demo moving right along and updated pic with the toe kick for it was only 66.6% completed

The shower will stay the same width but it’s stretching out to fill the entire right side wall, so it’ll be around 6’ or so idk I haven’t measured the space. Toilet will stay in the same place straight in. Vanity moving to the left side of the door into what is currently a wasted closet space
