That's not that bad. My old pc was using ddr4 and I only had 16gigs installed ram. And for some reason only like 8 usable.

Its pretty good with games, but in path of exile it dies in some maps. Im using a 1660 super GPU, i5-10400F cpu, 32GB DDR4 ram, samsung SSD, its quick even though its like 5-6 years old.

I have the same pc. Are you using all 4 ram slots ? I've heard using all 4 will actually slow your ram speed depending on mb and controller
