A character for NM cows only? Holy Fire Paladin. You can build it on the cheap too. Can finally make a use for those aura charms people are always throwing away.
Seriously. You just run around and all the cows scream and die.

Run bowa if the goal is speed with 0mf

Pally can run faster than arrows fly and doesn't even need to attack.

A bowazon is fast for nm if equipped good

Pulse damage is like every 2 secs. Bowa multi way faster and with vigor from a1 merc bow

Same answer as fast hell cow clearer. Javazon.
