Israel loves the word buffer zone to justify taking more land and are they not creating a "humanitarian camp" which will house, in time, all gazans? - they have the whole city under their control, and judging what the current government is saying that "buffer zone" will be permanent. Occupation? Israel left Gaza in 2005. No settlers, no soldiers, nothing. Hamas turned it into a fortress, not Singapore. If you think October 7 was some kind of reaction, then you are justifying mass murder as political expression. That is not resistance, that is barbarism.

Israel is committing these crimes now. I equate murders with murders. I have not in these debates said, at all, that Israel was not allowed to respond to the terror attack that happend almost 2 years ago. But when israel starts bombing schools and hospitals and starve civilian population to death then it has nothing to do with self defence and everything to do with revenge.
That hamas hides in the civilian population is proof they are bad, but if israel wants to be seen as better it's no good bombing that school to get to the guys. That makes israel just as bad.
