Hey guys, I have an IAS question. I have an eth rep fools Mithril point I bought with 0 base ias. When I put it into the ias calculator I get these results:




27 fanaticism with 48 IAS equals 5/5/5/5/9 for 4.31 attacks per second…I don’t understand what’s going on. No matter how much I adjust the base IAS, it doesn’t even display the breakpoint for 5.2 attacks per second. It has the same base speed [0] as a berserker’s axe. I did notice that the “class speed” for Mithril point is “normal” for paladins…is that the issue here? Basically, is this some weird base that is completely unviable for Zeal?

Daggers on pally zeal considered slower weapons as conpared to any other classes, (check arreat summit), it won't be avle to reach max zeal frames no matter what you do...

Another analogy is like how crossbows are to bows as they can never reach max speed when u GA, but just that in this case it is due to class-weapon

All good man, yea some mechanics isnt very straightforward or have the information easily accessible. But i guess thats how the game can still surprise ppl 20yrs later.
