That calculator says my bmr js 1700 that’s off it’s more like 21-2200.
I burn around 3500 average day. Easy to break 4k if I exercise after work.
On Wednesday I ran a mile and a half with 60lbs of concrete on my shoulders, moving a total of 1800lbs behind a house to pour some footings. I moved the concrete 3x that day
I’m trying to gain some weight but it’s so hard. I take a mass gainer for brekkie then eat big lunch +protein shake then big dinner and more protein shake. Also eat lots of cake and ice cream.

Maintenance is around 3400 calories and it sucks to put on weight as I don’t enjoy eating.
Try adding a smoothie with 2 sachets of oats, creamed rice, peanut butter and fruits as well as your mass gainer. That will add around 1k calorie in a single shake
