depends massively on league format

Standard
0.5 PPR
PPR

3WR + Flex?
2WR + Flex?

Superflex?
2 WR + 2 Flex?

Also depends on your pick and what's available to you.

In a PPR format that starts 3WR it's Chase

Ahh I've never done 3wr only 2wr + flex

It also depends what pick you have.

Pick 1 is usually pure BPA, top RB or wr

Pick #8 however, maybe you go top te

It's a bit of who you target and mostly how the board falls to you.

I'm a big fan of last pick because of the back-to-back

There's only like 1 dummy of the 10 in my league...you have 32 nfl teams but you simply do not have 32 great starting RBs. So for me if Barkley or Robinson or Gibbs is there you gotta grab 1 of them.

What do you typically take in the 1st rd WR or RB

It should be always BPA.

The way I've done it in the past is like this:

Break it down to what players you'd be willing to take in each round, by position and by tiers. In the example screenshot below, you'll see this reflected as a 12 man league. 12 players in each round (by color to legend in bottom right)

This will show you what values are higher remaining in your tiersheet.

personal preference im a RB/RB guy. wouldn’t say im super successful but it’s a tough habit to break. im always worried about what’ll be left in the 5/6th and generally feel like you can luck out with some sleeper WRs. that being said my biggest league is a full PPR 3xWR league so what always happens so many WRs go in first 3 rounds there’s literally some stacked RBs and i have no self control *facepalm

man, fun to be talking fantasy again!

Depends on ppr and who is there when you pick. Each season there is different options and players. Deciding on wr or rb beforehand is dumb as fuck.
