I was trying to remake my char from non ladder on ladder and the name wont work, any ideas why? Thanks

you need to delete your nl char if it has the same name... cos whats gonna happen with your char once reset happens? Yeah, your ladder char moves to NL, where u already have this name, and there cant be 2

I did delete the char but the name would just get stuck on (please wait....) maybe its lost now, i cant be certain. I figure the community here would know more.

You know this happened to me at a reset
I made a character and forgot to click hardcore mode
So i deleted and made it again with the same name and bugged

I just made another name, came back to make another char after finishing hell a5 (4hours+) then the name worked

This a east issue ? It been like that for a couple months now, create that ticket

Name creation bug

idk why but sometimes it just breaks. my policy is ill transfer a name to my new ladder account but have a backup name if that name fails. it happens but its rare. out of 100 names i transferred in the last 6 months only had 1 issue. a similar issue can happen with double registered accounts but that might be a totally different problem.
