Download the latest zip file of uBlock version from github

Under Assets, download the chromium zip and extract it

Open the extension page in chrome, ENABLE DEVELOPER MODE (top right), click the Load Unpacked button on top left side load, then select the extracted folder.

I pay to get rid of the ads but also so I can play music (ad free) on my phone and have the screen off. Very convenient during work. You also don't need to make nearly that much to afford $14 a month.

Plus there are other benefits to premium that I might be benefiting from as well that I'm unaware of.
