1) Took out some pre-cooked beef, which was one slab of that chuck roll i bought two weeks ago, cut in slices... wanted to make a tomato sauce. Was going to an "exotic" store, i.e. foreign store, was buying brazil nuts, decided to take a look .. bought dutch style tomatoes, parsley, mint, bullet chilipeppers, ginger, mushrooms. Made it from scratch with olive oil, garlic, onion. 3 slices of italian sausage cut in cubes n added towards the end. Parsley too. N the slices of beef.. just let it sit since showering. Was dang tasty. Perhaps one of the best dishes i've made this year.
The glass beside it is since quitting pepsi max, i've decided to try to make water tasty and healthy. That is a pinch of mint, 1 quarter slice of lime, cube of ginger, and one cube of brown sugar. 0.5 liter water. It is tasty. It has to sit for a while. I may, after a while when i get experience, volume up the ingredients, and put them in that 7 liter water heater after it's boiled, let it just sit until tempered, so that ALL the water gets flavoured....... a thought to work on. Also wondered about crushing it all in the granite mortar first.
2) Slice of wholegrain bread, slice of oven cooked n pan fried turkey breast, slice of cheddar melt cheese, two slices of pan fried red wine sausage, two cherry tomatoes.
