The website that Jagex uses (Pegi) provides a drug tag that is inclusive of alcohol.

The fact is Jagex lied when it said it was getting rid of the Sand Casino because of UK regulators.
UK regulators didn't care about the pvp arena staking GP, their problem with Jagex was entirely them selling microtransaction games of chance on RS3.
