Set a few up at my Mom's ranch and a few more at my Aunt's horse farm.

See what kind of wildlife we really get at night.

Those are awesome suggestions. In our neck of the woods, we'd probably see foxes, skunks, bats, and lots of feral cats.
It would be nice to see deer, moose, or maybe an extraterrestrial!

Attach it to a cat and then see where its been.

at my mom's place, plenty of deer, maybe mountain lion occasionally, snakes.

at my Aunt's place, badgers, foxes, coyotes, wild turkeys, plenty of cats
