Gonna make Chori pollo this weekend.

ooooohhh. I've never thought of adding chorizo to anything besides eggs before. That with chicken sounds amazing.

So good with good chorizo, that shit at walmart sucks.
Gotta find a good locker.

Honestly the only chorizo I've had aside from a taco truck was some random tube, I think the only brand in the breakfast meat section in a tube at Safeway. It's good but I don't have a lot to compare it to.

The tube stuff never really solidifies I've noticed.
I've never had any luck with store bought chorizo.
I have yet to hit the mexican markets for it, I somewhat don't trust the expiry dates on their shit.
You can make you're own too with some simple spices, that's probably the best way unless you gottta locker hook up.

Yeah I get that. It's like a meat paste. The consistency is good for eggs but idk what else. But I do want to add it to some shredded chicken and rice and make a burrito out of that. I feel like the seasoning in the chorizo would be enough for season the rest.

I made my own last time, kinda over spiced it but it was ingestable.
It's easy and cheap, ground pork is peasant prices usually.
