Does the +X% Exp gain on Equipment Affekt the amount of Exp i gain from Fishing/Cooking/Transmutin etc.??

I dont think so about either, exp for a regular level up or exp for rank up in skilling. At least i havent seen any difference.

Not 100% sure, however, while skilling you gain level experience from the Skill and is increased from Event modifiers.

+25% Evil Well Longevity
16x Fishing Experience
+14.29% Magic Luck Effectiveness

I am not sure if they would Stack from Items, however, it hasn't been tested, and a good question.
