Tbh, I don't think it would help. People who don't read aren't going to notice that new sticky there. People who get scammed are going to still get scammed even if it's there. The important thing here is the process of getting scammed. It could be any account, doesn't matter if it's the ceo battletag or not. It could be a different person. If you are willing to give first to someone who messages you, whether it's on discord in game, then nothing will save you. The warnings will 100% not help. Maybe it will save 1 in a hundred, which I don't think is worth it to implement this.
There are more scammers than just that one person, and he probably has more than 1 account. There's no point in having a "current scammer" sticky, there's more than one. There are a few famous IDs, so then you'd have to include them all. The list will go on. If we turn that into a clickable link to see the whole list, well that would be the same as clicking to see the scammer accusations section.
