that's a word-concept fallacy. you're defining 'fact' as something proven with absolute certainty, which science (being inductive) can't do. 'Scientific fact' means overwhelmingly evidenced, not absolutely proven.

Well, you said thats not the kind of proof I look for, which is absolutely not true. Also, scientific facts still go above scientific theories. Absolute certainty in a philosophical sense however doesnt exist, thats true. Life itself isnt a fact either. Nothing is factual. I dont know how you wanna build a case off of that.

Since the scientific method is the only currently known method for us humans to come to conclusions of truth, it is true without any way to disprove it. Well, unless you found another method to prove stuff of course.
