Sausages - Topic

So do i man. Just finished those special sausages yesterday. I won't be buying them again. I'm gonn get those regular cheese dogs one day this week, decided, gonna make a picture then and you'll see. But just 1 or 2, for dinner. N not much else. Gonna be careful. Even after that steak dinner yesteday, i STILL lost weight today. So crazy. It's because i don't eat chocolate all the time anymore.

Here in Norway, we have a chocolate called kvikk lunsj, "quick lunch", lol, it's from the same maker of kitkat. They are similar, but i think it taste better, kitkat has so much fat in'em.

But i used to like eat 1 of them after BREKKIIEEE!! xD (dang i hate that word xD), one after lunch, dinner, evening, nighttime........ whenever. 2-3 a day..... that's 300 calories x 3 ... 1000 calories extra every day, without nutrients, just sugar n fat. EVERY DAY ... that's 365 000 calories a year........................... it's something to think about.................

There's like 4 rows in one of them, like kitkat. ONE of those rows, after a meal, i could probably handle. That's like 50 calories. But all four, that's too much. But i'm gonna stay even-keeled until i'm at about 80 kg. 95 now. 15 left. Gotta go.

Limit everything. Reduce weight. It's simple. Same goes for the links. That's what you 'merigans call'em, ain't it...

N not to mention ................ back in the day, when i was eating, like ... a pack of 6 in a packet of those cheese dogs.... so it's like, i come home, aqua exercise, whatever.... fry up 3 of them, dog breads, lots of ketchup, mustrad, fried onion. N THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4 hours later, get halfway hungry again ........ the 3 other ones ^^ Same deal.

So that's like 3000 calories in 12 hours.....

No good. 1 Saucie. That's enough for 1 meal. 300 calories. Then wait 3-4 hours. Eat a carrot or slice of turnip in between. Help the digestion system. Now you're on the right track. N a vitamin pill in there too. You're good.

not really a sausage fan tbh

i think i only really eat it when i get sauage and bean tacos in the morning or if heb has a sale on theirs but its just the pork kind.
