All support does is direct me to a bunch of dead threads with no resolution. Any ideas?

1. how old are your characters
2. did you use enhancement apps while playing
3. was your game play very glitchy
4. were you playing through a VPN or business IP

Have you ever been hacked and someone deleted your characters before?

Things like that. The more info you include, the better the chance someone may be helpful.
