No, the behaviours you're talking about are mainly socially taught. Asians, african or europeans are >99% genetically identical and biologically the same race.
Thermodynamics always apply, in every system you test it.
You can't repeat human behaviour based on ethnicity in closed off systems.

There are no rules how long cultural teachings remain present for individuals and their offspring. It highly depends on the social environment every person is living in, their own motivation and on the possibilites every country offers foreigners.
