Basically just ground up raw tuna in the spicy tuna roll.
The sashimi cut looks like this.



Put it on rice and it's Tuna nigiri.

Oh heck yeah. Salmon and tuna are my faves

Try some yellowtail and seabass on the ala carte sometime. They're fire too.
The sea bass is a pretty cut, looks great.
I can't do squid but will slam the octupus.

My girl likes mackerel, so I trade her the salmons for that when we get the platter.

The thing about sashimi is that it's riceless.
A roll with rice isn't sashimi.
Sashimi is slices of raw fish.
