Raw tuna and raw salmon and my favorites. I know you'd like it.
Try some yellowtail and seabass on the ala carte sometime. They're fire too.
The sea bass is a pretty cut, looks great.
I can't do squid but will slam the octupus.
My girl likes mackerel, so I trade her the salmons for that when we get the platter.
