Here's mine.
I just use my toothbrush. As in when i brush my teeth, i brush my tongue too. And of course, rinse very well with lots of water. Good teeth health, they say affect the mental health. And i believe strongly in that. Bacteria in mouth travels through head to brain. Clean mouth, clean brain xD
That's what the grooves on the back of the brush are for.
I used to do this till I realized how inefficient it actually was compared to a tongue scraper.
I have one that extends and is in the shape of a bear paw.
