It's not embarrassing. Everyone has hard times in life. Just do your best to improve anything you can. Take a look online and see if there is any program in your area to assist you.

I used to buy dollar frozen cheese burgers and moz sticks on food stamps at Walgreens. Now I buy them with cash from dollar general. Money situation changed but I didn't

Try communism again maybe it will work this time.

If that is a glimpse of a true life experience, then I do hope that you'll find some people who are near to you and who can help you to rebuild. I know that I have zero answers when it comes to what is best. What may help is talking to people who are able to help and not to those whose "boats" are sinking, too. Two sinking boats is not good. Nope. Nope.
