That message is to help you in case you need to send a private message or to send FG to a user in case you are doing a trade and you hit the profile flood control.
With the method shown in the images you’ve provided, you can send a PM or send gold quickly without having to search for that user’s profile.
For example: If you made a deal in a topic and you hit the profile flood control, go to that topic, search for the user whom you made a deal with, and you can PM him or send him gold with that method.
But the only way to elimínate the profile flood control is by waiting *around* 15 min without searching for a profile. Sending
FG will not erase that limitation
