So does being evil... eats you up inside. I'd rather be fat'n happy ^^ than muscular athlete and a pos... and there are quite a few of them... i was at aqua exercise some days ago. There were two of them, came into the sauna. I was actually impressed, in that they were calm, talking calmly and such. So that's a 5% ability right there.
But, after a while, a woman came in. It wasn't so hot in there, so we had to sit for a while. I got out first, to the shower right by there. Then the two guys came out, and occupied the cold barrel. Obviously they were in competition, to sit there as long as possible.
Then the woman came out and wanted to go in there. She stood there for 10 seconds, and then tried to like tell them, but of course were abit offended by them, them being so muscular and tall, so she was a bit standoffish. I looked at them a bit pissed off, she looked at me and said something, like, "i didn't know this was not for everyone" and such .. "just want to go in for 2 seconds" .. she told ME .. i said back, "Yeah that's true ...." .. and she said like "but what?" ^^ As if she tried to get me to tell THEM off.
I was like nah, not gonna mess here, i just get kicked out.
So he just sat there, ignoring her, his boy too, they just stood there. 20-30 seconds went. She went back into the sauna. 1 more minute passed, i was done showering so i went out. I looked a bit pissed at them. He still sat there as i went out.
So there you have it. Just shitty behaviour, nothing good about'em, nothing good will ever come from them. Even if they are athletic and super strong. I would rather have a chubby person around that's good on behaviour than someone like that.
Thats also true, wickedness destroys you from the inside out. A reprobate mind. You see it on people's faces. Like that guy who murdered the 4 college students... completely emotionless, evil face.
But it's not like that. You can be an athlete and not wicked. Just like how you can be fat and wicked (most of them).
Some fat is okay. Its really the big obesity that is bad. You've said how you could lose like 20 lbs, this isnt fat at all, just a bit extra. And thats okay and sustainable.
It also depends on your personality and what you like. Some people really like food and derive joy from eating, so it's better that those people be just a bit overweight than be unhappy. Personally I love working out, it makes me happy, so it's better for me to do that. I also dont derive too much joy from eating, I eat what I like but I've always been a simple eater
