You can eat gravy, or sauce, as the proper word is. Just be careful about the amount.
But Condemn, what do you eat? I mean on a regular basis. Or even, as dinner, also occasionally? It would be interesting to know. Do you eat sauce? Of any kind?
Also, you CAN take a plate full of it at times. Just not regularly. Like, once a month. That's fine too. Even Michael Phelps ate like 9000 calories a day. And he was slim as a fish.
So, what "healthy" is ... is very very individual. Actually, after i lost all that weight, i've noticed some strange changes. I.e., my outside hips, have gotten a bit ache-y. Strange. Also, of course, i don't have the strength i had, i do keep up my aqua exercise. But when you lose fat, you lose the body's ability to summon strength, lol, nah, but look at the weightlifters. They are not built like strongmen with 0% fat. They got a lot of fat, to help support their muscles. So there is a lot to consider.
I weigh 95 kg now. But lol, i still have 20 more to lose .... it's really slowed down now. But that's okay. 1 kg a week, that's okay. Just keep that discipline up. As mentioned in the food thread, i'm focusing on making meals now and portioining them in smaller portions, can eat anything for any meal, as long as it's exactly that amount. 150-200 grams, that's what i've reached, balanced ingredients, that amount, you will not gain weight.
Also, your inbox is full. Was going to send you an encouraging message :)Yes, 95kg is still quite overweight for a manlet, but good work, keep it up!
